First an hour with daughters (not in training time). Then sightseeing in Ruka to check places (not in training). Skied back to our recidence (in training time). Route.

Warm up. 4x4'+1' recovery. Cooling down.

Skipped the test run and did this one to be able to see semi final hockey game :). Shame on me. Though it was quite good game and we (Pelicans) won.

Classic style skiing. Not exactly what I was expecting. My brilliant super skis did not work at all. Due to new snow there was no glide. A bit of annoying, just a bit. I had to stop to scrape/smelt ice out of my skis after skiing a while.Route.
