Greetings from Jyppilandia. First game against "Sapko" is over and thus rinkball tournament started. We lost 7-3, but we played better than I expected. Three games to come. This game time includes warm up.

Game 2. This one was against Kotka. We continued with the same trend meaning we lost 6 - 3. I made a goal which is always nice.

Bronze game. Result of this tournament was glorious fourth place. This one we lost 11 - 0.

Greetings from Munchen. Home trip has started. Today it was +26 celsius in Graz. A bit too much for nordic guy at this time of a year. Good to get back to the snow.

Running by the river Mur. Compared to previous days I was flying today. I did also 4 x 1 min with 2 min recovery. Sunny "summer" weather today. Can't complain.

Hill training. I ran up to the Plabutsch hill. Quite steep. Not so bad mood as yesterday. Maybe it's the snow free ground, warmer temperature and new routes to run :).
