Nordic walking in Messilä and Tiirismaa. I ran only the last kms while I ordered kebab and unlike normally they'll have a fast delivery.This also ruined my idea to get ten. Maybe I'll do some nonsense still. Anyway I managed to come home before Kedab. Yami it was tasty one. Part of the route.

Jee, jee, jee, jeeeee! Yökuppi in Hämeenkoski. Traditional course and terrain offered by Miguls. Printout was semi poor and I had difficulties to read map and instead going slower and reading more carefully in many places I just run without paying too much attention where was or more important where I was going to. Voimis was running with me 2/3 of the course. That partly helped me out of the forest, but not the fastest route.
