Today I was quite social and asked Jammu to join knowing he most propably can't come. He was out of town, but proposed to go out at 19:00. I could not change my plan :). Maybe next week. Turning point of my run was in front Voimis' house. I saw no-one there. Nice run and quite nice feeling.

Warm up for the race.

Orienteering race 59:35 [4] ***** 6.0 km (9:56 / km)

Haku Veikon rastit. H35. 6 km. Results. Cold and rainy weather. It was difficult to keep warm. I felt also sea sick and had "pallomaha". My stomach was resisting the food I ate before race. Very strange conditions and very strange feeling. Feeling disturbed my race a bit. Positive is that running was semi ok anyway. Difficult technical course. I had little bit troubles to make myself familiar with the map. Small mistakes "in every third" control, but not any major. And I beat Tuxi and Tömäri and met Orhi at third last cp. While running to second last he made it quite obvious that it was not his day.

No cooling down today. Straight way to home and to Sauna.

Results from cholesterol measurement arrived:

fS-Kol 5.6 mmol/l (should be <5)
fS-Kol-HDL 1.69 mmol/l (should be >1)
fS-Kol-LDL 3.6 mmol/l (should be <3)
fS-Trigly 0.80 mmol/l (should be <2)

Overall cholesterol and LDL cholesterol are over the desired values. My wife had even worse values.

Legs and abs. Baby as extra weight.

Thinking extra weight I have lost 5 kg since January. I did/can not receive my original goal before Jukola, but I'm happy with this result too. Let's keep it going down for a while.
