Running in the forest and on paths. Did also short orienteering and line orienteerig training in the middle section. I was planning to run longer, but was too tired and I took a shortcut. Busy day at work. One reminder how you should not prepare yourself to a "training/competition". Eating pizza at work. Working like hell. Directly after working day to make a training. Not to trink or eat anything before.
