Kuivannon Kymppi. I thouhgt that I could do pace 4.30. Hoping that I my time would be less than 45 min. Pretty solid run even I did not get my 45 min goal. Nice weather. Sun was shining and 1-2 plus celsius.

We should have had rinkball game, but our goalie never came to game. Great... five nil lost and bad mood. I could have done something else. Then we play höntsy with other team.

Also did some swimming after the running session in swimming hall of Hollola. Not so much that it can be logged.

In the evening watching the hockey game between Pelicans
and- Tappara. 4 - 0 victory to us. We are dominating finnish hockey league at the moment. Also had some beers... My way to prepare for tomorrows running race.

Warming up for orienteering. Didn't do any cooling down. I was so pissed of by the terrain. Shortest way home. Okay I made a little d-tour to local mall...

Theme for todays training was 'hour for nothing'. Actually I ran from work to home. Now when kids are in day care and wife is working I have escort service to work, but back home I'm pedestrian. A Month already I've been thinking I should carry running shoes and clothes with me and run back home. Let's see how often I have enough strength to do this. Good point is that time spend on training is not away from the family or atleast not so much. Walking anyway takes 20 minutes.

BTW: Extra kilos are gone and now I'm back in my normal overweight. Which nowadays has been round about 68 kg. My ultimate target for spring is < 65 kg.

P.S. Now I'll charge headlamp battery for tommorrows yökuppi race. Atte is ready. In last race I almost ran out of battery. Light was very weak on last km. That time I load battery only couple of hours. No I'll defenetly be on safe side.
