Helsinki City Marathon. Sunny and warm, but quite windy day. Running was quite difficult all the time. Anyhow I managed to keep the speed I wanted to and run under 4 hours. In the beginning I had to watch heart rate and run slower as the feeling was (could run faster and not finish at all). After 30 km I really had to push myself to keep the speed. Most of the race I run between 5.20 - 6 min/km. Best kilometer was from 40 to 41, when I run 4.37 min/km. Quite good feeling after the Marathon, although legs are "broken". Running on tarmac is killing. Maybe some day again.
