Korttelikuppi at Lammi. Felt asleep on the way to third cp and on the way to fourth cp. I was reading the coming legs and turned in wrong corners and got temporarily confused. Remaining control points were ok. Extra kilos on my belt and lower leg injury slowed me down :). Something to work with in coming months.

I was told not go out for running exercise in the evening due to bad weather and darkness and traffic and so on. Bad weather means icy and slippery roads. Small and peaceful town. I can't really understand what they are scared off, but I didn't go.

Sprint intervals at juniors training. 4 x ~1km course organized Stefano Raus. Together with Henkka and Stefu. We started together and we were not allowed to take same route choice. Injured at start of first interval :(. Lower left leg is tense. Sprain most likely. It felt semi ok while running, but now at home it is not good. 9 juniors and 3 trainers. -8 celsius.
