DNF on Monday run. In the beginning leg felt fine, but was getting worse after 30 minute of running. Turned around jogged back to car. Assu, Kookoo, Hirppa and Kaunetsalo continued. After driving home I went ice skating with kids for a moment. Skating I can do without pain.

Forest running with map in Hälvälä. Not really focused on map reading and 90 % of time I was not on the map, just looking compass directions. Main motivation for this run was to visit one Geocache and also tried to find another one. That one shall wait until summer. The one I was really after was placed by Hapardi. I did hurt my leg...

5000 m at Pajulahti arena. Quite steady laps round 1'20'' each. First two kilometers I was thinking more to quit than finish the run. I had difficulties to keep up the planned 4 min/km pace. Then I moved thinking towards to tought that I can still run one km more. After 4 km I knew I can finish it and the last km was the fastest. Target was sub 20 min and I did so I'm happy face. I'm not sure, if I have ever run 5 km on track, so I consider this as pb.
