First watching Pelicans - Kalpa game at the arena and then to Rinkball training. Hard training. We had no substitutes.

Rinkball game. We lost 4 - 6. Personally played harder than on this season before. Satisfied except that I didn't use my scoring chances like on empty net I just wiped the dust from the ball.

Hills at Kumpula. Did not push that much. More enjoying. Had one layer of clothes too much on upper body. It was not so cold after all (-10 °C). I did this run, because I thought I will not have chance to go to game today, but managed to made that too.

During the week I managed to control what to eat, but weekend was bad. I was afraid to go to scale this morning. Relief. This week will be tricky one since I'll travel to Graz.

Planned long run with Finnish colleague did not happen since my luggage did not follow me all the way to Graz. In Munich I guess. Instead of running I went to buy T-shirts and others stuff to survive. After shopping joined dinner with Danish alliance. Had just BBQ chicken sallad (diet). Also had in mind to have beer free day in Austria (first of a kind), but it did not also happen thanks to first point or for what ever reason. A bit of strength excercises on hotel room floor watching Handball EC at the same time. Wheater would have been great for running. Ground is snow free and temperature on plus side.

Monday run with Hämis, Sulttaani, Kookoo and Assu. Kookoo is in tremendous shape. We had an opportunity to look at his heels, because he was running all the course 10 meters ahead of others.

Rinkball game. Gremo - Keittiövalinta 6 - 6. One the best game that our team has played. Opponent kept up a great tempo. We played good in a team and were able keep them away from the best scoring places. On the other hand we used our changes well.

Friday morning Rinkball training. Skating was easy - light legs. Quite relaxed feeling overall. Did not hold the club too tight. Thanks to that I was able to make couple of spectacular goals. Though the opponent in the game sucked big time.

Indoor O race at Salpausselkä school. Nice, interesting competition organised by HIrvos brothers. Thanks guys. I just could not make myself familiar with scale and the map. Had to walk a lot and stop often think where I am and where should I go to. A lot of fun. First race ever with the intensity mainly between 0-1.
