Running or O shoes tomorrow in sprint qualification. That is the question.
60 % tarmac, 20 % soft trail and 40 % forest. Includes some swamps too. Actually it does not make a difference. I know from which end I'll start reading results anyway :).

Jogging with low tempo. Now I'm ready to sprint competition in sunday. Also made some crucial decisions for clothing and shoes :). I'll run with running shoes, not orienteering shoes.

Running in the forest and on paths. Did also short orienteering and line orienteerig training in the middle section. I was planning to run longer, but was too tired and I took a shortcut. Busy day at work. One reminder how you should not prepare yourself to a "training/competition". Eating pizza at work. Working like hell. Directly after working day to make a training. Not to trink or eat anything before.

Exploring new running routes on neighborhood. I knew that there goes path next to waterline from camping area Messilä towards city of Lahti. Never run that before.

Ending session for my running week. At the moment feels good and think I have taken step forward. Running is easier and pace is better with same heart rate. Now I'll see couple of days what are the consequenses for my body and legs. Up or down. Weeks of depression is worst case scenario.

Weekly training organised by La-Ta in Hirvikallio. Took it easy and concentrated to do solid orienteering. 7 km track. Time includes warm up and down.
