Nordic walking on trails in Tiirismaa. I climbed up two times to "Tiirismaa" hill. First climb lasted 17 mins and second climb (longer but easier) was 22 mins. Both on trails close to old slalom hill.

Abs, arms and legs this time. Took some excercises for runners from Kunto+ magazine. We got a sample number of that magazine.

Seems to be lot of good looking ladies in that magazine. Should I place an order, to my wife of course?

I've been on vacation. Anyway my plan was to go to rinkball training in the morning. They are from 07:00 am to 08:00 am. Not a change. Instead I enjoyed other luxuries of life, like sleeping and long breakfast (with kids).

Oneway +30 min and then back. After the turn I felt very tired and walked a while. Then started to run again and faster than earlier. I was surprised, when running was easier. For a while I thought to call to wife to get me out of road.

Running home from work. Nice feeling. Long running and strenght sessions made running to be easy as it just can be. During running I shared a thought to my employer - mighty mighty Austrian, I was thinking corner stones of good condition or how do I get in good shape and also thinking yökuppi. I gave my input to article they are writing about yökuppi.

Note

Sometimes I plan at some level what and how I'm going to train. Time frame can be very short otherwise I loose motivation already in the beginning.

Now I'm in midway of my training pyramid. Calculating in hours per week (third week now) I have planned to train as follow:
49-4:00 50-6:00 51-8:00 52-10:00 1-10:00
Easiest part done and in the log you can find.
49-4:45 50-6:33 51-(2:30)

Now I'm concentrating to build endurance. So you may find some Nordic walking sessions from my log.

Andritz O season ending gala. First we ran for an hour. Then Sauna of course. After Sauna we enjoyed some refresments inform of bear, Gold from Lappland and sausage. Not the worst way to end season. I got rewarded beeing second in ranking list. Heh.

Planned rest day changed to night orienteering training. I was almost in bed, when I changed my mind. I ran on Hirvikallio Map short and easy training. Nice weather. -2 celsius. Yesterday I bought gloves from Hong Kong mall. Actually those are working gloves. Price was some 2 or 3 euros. Tight fit, they are thin, material is nice and you get good grip on the map. Somekind of rubber coating. No more skiing gloves in O use. Instead I'll use those almost free working gloves.
