Towards to new training season. Season's facts:
- 321 training hours in total
- 600 running km
- 580 Orienteering km
- 1242 control points visited
Less running than on previous years, but more orienteering, skiing and biking. This year's question was "How the get the very best out of me on main events?" I cannot say any specific reason, but I did well on all major events which for me are Jukola, Tiomila, Manna and Halikko. Also good runs in Finnish champs. I slightly changed last weeks trainings especially when to have rest days. Maybe that paid of. In Jukola and Tiomila I could have been in better shape especially when running longer night legs. Weight in average was record high this year. Targets for the 2017 shall be. Loose weight and be in a better shape in Tiomila and Jukola.
