Basically same route as on Saturday and with the same group of people (+ 1 more. the opposite guy. Wine taster was also running, but did other way round). Small variation on the forest section compared to Saturday. I forgot to turn of my GPS device after previous training, so it lasted only for 9 min. Thanks to our Iron man star we got the exact figures out of the training.

Jog up to church with 4 other collageus, which I consider amazing ( We are having a training for twenty people). There was even one gentleman running alone to opposite direction and one taking the wine tasting opportunity more atractive than running, which I personally don't have anything against. This running was not organised beforehand by anyone, just found out during coffey break discussions. One loop with the group of five and another, bit sortenend, with an ironman competitor. We had nice chats on the second loop. First time I'm amazed and positively surprised about this company concerning sporting activities. Maybe it's not about the company, it's more about the people, but great anyway.

Greetings from Pöllauberg, Austria. Short jog after travelling. Weather is nice. Instead cold and rain, it was sunny and warm. +21 C at Vienna Airport. Yesteday's bad taste washed out with a Retter and the race is already highlight of the Night O season. Becoming a Legend.

Yökuppi in Tiirismaa. Mass start. Almost 100 runners. After second control I was running alone until to second last. One of the most challenging night O training ever. A lot of mistakes, but except the end I can live with them. On the way to thirteen I got feeling that I've made it. Due to lack of concentration I left the trail too early and then I had no clue of my position. Back to trail and then to control. 14 and 15 I was just ping ponging in green. Bad taste. Second and third loop were quite okay. Slowly, but without mistakes.

Qualification race for middle distance old fart's championship. Barely made it to the A final. I had a terrible start. Small in the first one. a bit panic. Major on the second cp. Map and terrain matched nicely just the control was not mine. Took some time to relocate. Lost 3:58 to best on that. Most of the legs less than 40 sec. Still on the fourth I made mistake. The rest of the race was good. 25 qualified and I was 23th.

Middle distance A final. Hand break on avoiding mistakes. Really challenging map and terrain. On top flags were "hided". Sometimes difficult to see even a meter away. So it was pure orienteering from start to finish. Run was much better than the qualification, but I'm not fully satisfied. Hand breaking cost me some time. I could have run it faster. Easily under 40 min. So I'm happy that I did not make mistakes, but at the same time I have a feeling that I had so much more to give.

Tänään täällä Touko Poukon Muksuluurissa askarrellaan paskarrellaan otsalamppu. Otsalampun askartelua varten tarvitset LED lampun pyöräkiinnityksellä, otsapannan, palan makuualustaa ja sakset.

Led lampun voit hankkia pankkia vaikka nettilöisestä. Esimerkiksi MJ-808E HA-III CREE XM-LT60 malli kelpaa hyvin. XM-LT60 on rahtusen kirkkaampi kuin P7 tiedoksi aikaisemmin tilanneille. Jotta voit käyttää lamppua useammin kuin kerran, niin muista hankkia myös tämä pikku lisäosa. Kun tilauksen toimituksessa kestää kovin pitkään, voitte kommentoida tänne, että onko teillä joskus vetäny ihan täyttä mustiin.

Pääpannaksi kelpaa hyvin tämä. Sen saa ruuvattua riittävän kireälle ja se puristaa sopivasti joka puolelta.

Loput tarvikkeista löytyvät varmasti kotoasi. Käy toki salaa lainaamassa naapurista tarvikkeita parvikkeita mikäli havaitset puutteita omissasi.

Siirrymme vaiheeseen Otsalampun kokoaminen.

Kuvanmukaisesti Kiinnitä led lamppu kuminauhalla Otsapantaan [1] ja Leikkaa alustasta kuvan mukainen kappale [2] ja tee yläosaan pieni aukko kiinnitystä varten.



Kiinnitä alustan palustan palanen otsapantaan.



Kiinnitä piinnitä akku alustan palaseen. Vedä narut lomittain, niin ne tukevat pukevat kivasti toisiaan.

Yökuppi in Hollola, Keisarsuo. Same map as on last Sunday's race. I used most of the capacity available today during setting up tracking tracking devices and giving them to fellow orienteers. Devices worked just fine except mine. What comes to the race. First one was ok. On the way to second I fell down several times. On one of these glory moments gps went off. I also drifted too much right, but noticed it early enough and found control quite easily. On the way to third I started to read like I should go from second to fifth.Noticed my mistake before the fifth and made correction. 4 was easy. Just before the fifth I had minor difficulties. No mistake, but slow motion. Assu caught me up on fifth. Followed him to 6 and 7. After running most of the leg 7-8 on green, which was not nice, I noticed that Assu is going to make a mistake. I made the right move and Assu was behind. The most positve thing of the whole race. Credits also to Jusbet who was the other one of group of five to leave Assu's trail on the right moment. 9 great. 10 too much right. 11 following the steps from Sunday. CP 12 I thought it is the same as on Sunday. Luckily Jusbet was on the map and noticed we are not on correct one. Overall quite ok result, but I'm not happy about my level of concentration.

HU middle distance race in Hollola, Keisarsuo. Class H21A. Qualification race for Manna and Halikko :). Missed one control by a minute, but otherwise solid race. The one I missed was control 11. On that the forest line and green area was not like I was expecting. Some legs were not done so smoothly, but on the other hand some were excellent for me. Nice terrain.

Yökuppi. Good race. Not as confident feeling as last week, but I managed to run the course basically without any mistakes. Especially in the beginning I was playing safe and made secure road route choices. I'm disappointed that the best area was not used at all in this event.
