I visited doctor today (just in case), because of the ankle. Nothing serious. Healing just takes time in this kind of injuries. I can do all kind of pain free excercises.

Excellent weather today. Could not be better. Looks promising vacation weather for coming days too. I shortened the message posted via Jaggemobiapp. Hmm. I think I'll use Lapinlahden Linnut language also in the future. Go Portugal Go... or I loose my savings.

Jukola Relay in Kytäjä. Second leg for LS-37 II. Even I started slow I still managed to make mistakes in the beginning and afterwards the reason is quite obvious. Close to control I stopped to navigate and started to search control like some other fellow Oers seemed to do. I still made a bigger mistake at 7th control. On that leg I followed a "fast" guy who in the end did not know where we were. Quite soon I noticed where I was and then it was easy to find the control, but I was too much right and lost some time on that control. Rest of the course was went fine, but damn I was slow. Towards to end ankle started to tell me that this is not thing that you're supposed to at the moment. Luckily only on the finish line I was not ablea to run properly. In the forest it did not bother at all or at least too much.

4th time in last 5 weeks in Austria. Looks like it gonna hot this time. Journey to Graz has started.

I was jogging and partly walking in sunny city of Graz. First I checked for future trainings a starting place for a path up to Plabutsch mountain/hill. Trails around this hill are used for hiking and mountain biking. Then I met two friends and we ran together by the river Mur.

HU training in Korpihoilo. 9.5 km. Nice course. I was hoping that my ankle is ok, but it is not yet. I could/can not run properly in the forest. It hurts in every footstep. In one control I made 2 min mistake, but otherwise solid navigating.
