Warm up + 3 x round little waterlake + cooling down. Left lower leg started ache towards to end and I had to walk. Similar as I have had now two years in a row at the same time of a year.

Skate style skiing. Fast, but also a bit icy tracks. One of those days, when you push in the beginning to get speed and then wait until training is due and brake to stop.

Classic style skiing at sport center. It was snowing quite heavily and I was a bit afraid how it would effect my skis. Better than expecting. Kick was excellent and glide was not that bad.
