Swiss Championships long, Altbüron, near Langenthal with map Schmidwald-Horben.Had a very bad start .Lost 10 minutes at the post #1, a very short leg. (74 of 74 H60) Then fast to control #2 (18 of 74) Had to reduce speed due to easy pulling in the right thigh became apparent. A big error to control #4 too. Missed a path crossing and ran much to far. Time lost here 5 minutes. Total mistake ~ 20 minutes. Used for the first time a GARMIN Forerunner 405.http://connect.garmin.com/activity/13277230

Basler Einzel- OL, local event near Ederswiler with map Löwenburg. When do I learn finally to run o-races? Made again two big errors and lost at least 10 minutes at two controls!! (|#7 + #13) Bad route to control #11, 4 minutes mistake. At least the heart was ok.
