Rollerskiing towards Knutby. Tried to run at first but my knee didn't feel well so I went skiing instead. Very nice weather today.

Running in water, again, at centralbadet, Uppsala. I meet some of the guys from Malungs OK Skogsmådarna on my way to centralbadet. Apparently they 're in town for some 10-Mila training. If my knee gets better I might join them tomorrow or on sunday.
