Long run with Sponge, Jack Wood, and Callum Hanson (whose brother I went to university with). Nice run, good to be out in God's own country, but I do wish there were fewer gates. Jack also apparently likes to Kenyan style most long runs, so we finished off with 30 minutes at low 4s at the end

Slow run after watching the football.

Accidentally ended up running through the nudist beach, only realised when it was far far too late. Will need to either change my 45 minute loop, or start running for a different amount of time.

Lunch run. Got out along the coast through the now unembargoed Akershus festning, much better than dodging through the city.

My run was fractionally diverted because the USS Bainbridge was moored next to the castle and the Norwegian army was out preventing cars and people from getting too close to the ship, but it was still pretty impressive even for a "small" (9200 ton) vessel. Fans of the cinema may know the Bainbridge from the film Captain Phillips.
