My lower left quad/upper knee front half outside, is feeling a little strange. I think it is just tightness, but as I am away this weekend I thought it prudent to cross train now, because should it get worse I won't have that opportunity later.

Last trip in the park for a while, bit muddy and slippy in places now. On my run I passed many people but I remember one particular encounter. I passed a woman walking with her child and she called out to her husband some metres in front, "What out! Jogger". I have never been so offended in my life.
