Weather looks grim tomorrow so swapped the long run to today. Bit grey down in Oslo but out at Kamphaug the sun was out in some places which was very nice.

ahr:130 max:147 shoes: Inov8 225

New battery harness so went out and explored a bit deeper into the forest. Trails quite hard to stay on in some of the twisty bits, snow cover not too bad, going through the ice is some places but no wet feet. Shoes were good.

Also found out that the gym card I have been waiting for actually doesn't arrive in the post, and I need to go the gym to get it.

Round Sognsvanns twice, looked pretty icy but was actually fine to run on.

Snow in Oslo, earliest I have had in Scandinavia, actually not that bad but the road up the hill is pretty dangerous. Quite a lot of the paths in the forest that I run on normally seem to also have a fair amount of walkers on so the running was in generally pretty good. Weirdest thing was the lights were turned off in many places and I have no idea if that is normal of not.
