4 x 1k fast, off 5 minutes. Windy and slippy and rainy so pleased with the times. 58,55,56,56. Then power hills on they way back x 6.

10 x 6 minutes near Getryggen. Flattish but tussock marsh and a fair amount of vegetation. More muscular endurance that HR endurance but was in the bottom end of T zone for most of it (164). Maybe took it a fraction easy on the first 2. Feeling like winter, rain and a bit chilly.

Went for an easy run on the small trails with plenty of climb. Saw a badger as well.

This run was pretty muddy and I lost a bit of distance on each step through a less powerful push off so I have got a special conversion formula for putting this into attackpoint, I copied the digits from my GPS watch (Both the time and kms).

To the track for a painful introduction to speed work. 5 x 600m upping the speed each 200. Then 5 min at "threshold" on the way back. Suffering. Avg. 162/181. 600s in 1.42, off every 4 minutes
