Long group O with the boys who are not injured. Steady for the first 95/15km then there was a middle distance style section where we all split up and ran a little bit faster. Ankle felt good.

6 x 1 mile on the ellusspår. Running around 5.20 at the right HR and pace. Calf felt good, ankle also.
