Today I felt well enough to race, it was a middle distance as well so good to have some practice. I finished 5th, beaten by 2 of our touring party (Jerker and Kent) so happy with the result outcome. Physically I feel very strong on the hills but lacking a bit of aggressiveness in the flatter places, technically I was also generally good today lacking some direction and planning.

Today was a long distance race but I was taking it steadier and I skipped a section. Physically felt ok, missing a lot inside the control circle though.
