Took 3 planned weeks rest. Been a long (and unexpectedly successful season) and I felt I needed a recharge. Would have liked to have been running during the easy weeks a bit (missed a couple of interesting races and some nice opportunities to train) but in the grand scheme of things it is a very acceptable time to have picked up a little injury (tendinitis, left foot). Hopefully, my body will not do anything stupid and I can recover quickly. Would really like to be back in shape for SM relay but it might be touch and go. Should be up and going for 25manna and Smålandskavlen.
