Back in the game running last leg for the 2nd team. Out on my own but with quite a few teams reasonably close in front. Was trying to just take it steady, get the navigation right, and not hurt the foot. Made a couple of small errors throughout the course but picked up a few places and got the team up to 6th. Unfortunately, the 1st team mp'd and lost out on 3rd but we got pushed up to 5th.

Casualled round some of the indv. with Treb (who was feeling ill so not doing it all). Really good to be back doing some orienteering and quite fun to be taking it very easy meaning I could enjoy the views of the terrain and the views of the punters attempting to orienteer.
