Pre train of pain spin from rothiemurchus car park up to Loch morlich and back

Short train tonight. cruise to lagganlia turn off then effor tot he end of the Acheelan road. Cruise back then effort back too the car park

Home to grantown, wee run round the braes - moving well up the hill then chain came off. down to Advie - slight tailwind so pushed hard up the climb by Tulchan - felt good. legs definitely getting a bit more power in them. KOM by 1s! Across the Spey and Advie then round the Haughs of cromdale, back across the Spey to the back road, through grantown and home. nice night
