Orienteering race 22:46 [5]

Sprint Series race at Macq Uni Sports Fields. Ran OK but unlucky in places. Got caught in bad vegetation near 4 (lost a minute on Ant who had been pretty even on the splits) and also lost time to people by making legal route choices (eg not going over uncrossable fences or through gaps in buildings that weren't mapped). Cool to see 2 of the kids former daycare teachers there giving it a go. They were the only DNFs unfortunately.

Rode to Andy and Alexa's house.

Running 20:00 [4]

Walked boys to Possums. Then ran from school to Lane Cove interchange. Waited fricken 25 min for bus, so shortened run plans to not be obscenely late to work. Got off at the last bus stop (QVB) and jogged down George St.

Scootering 1:00:00 [1]

Walked around bushtracks below our house doing some map corrections with Kari in backpack and Jamie in tow. Worth putting in the training diary as weight training type session I think! Am setting a course for a local’s eighteenth birthday party.
