Jogged from work through Cockle Bay and King St wharf to last bus stop on Clarence. Took a Lane Cove tunnel bus, got off a Delhi Rd and ran home from there.
Dad tells me the hottest time of the day was around 5pm - 37 degrees. No wonder I felt so stuffed!
