Went to zoo with the Shinglers then Mark dropped me and Paula off at Primrose Park Cammeray. Ran back to their place through Tunks Park, Flat Rock Gully, Artarmon Oval then Ferndale.
As for training I haven't logged, the Xmas 5-days in Armidale was fun. Also ran Spit to Fairlight on Christmas Day with Malin, Paula and Marina.
Ear/ neck has come good. 95% better anyway.
