5 loops in VP. Once again was lucky with weather: air temperature +23C was still convenient for running (can't think at all for training at some +30C). Took Maxim electrolytes after each loop and one tablet of Diasporal with one banana after 3rd loop. In the middle of first loop felt stiches in the right feet, suffered a bit for some 1 loop and later was lucky that it was gone. Maybe because of that for the first two loops didn't feel fresh. Left shin once again started to remind of it in the third loop, but somehow coped with it for the whole remaining distance. After training both shins were quite tired once again (muscles were moving involuntarily inside). Burned 1794 kcal.
