3 loops in VP, took water from the car after each loop. Tested my new toy - Garmin Forerunner 305, so first loop took faster. Couldn't believe that took 4:20/km pace from the beginning. Measured the distance with Garmin and it showed that my usual loop is a little bit shorter than my usually logged 5km - it is some 4,84km. Did 1st loop in 22:33 (new best time). Second loop started much slower - some 5:20/km - it seemed that 1st fast loop took some energy. Followed the current pace during second loop - the refresh was quite slowly (it showed properly data after each 15-30s), though during 1st loop in was fine, maybe it don't like such "slow" jog. Used "smart logging" option, next time will choose "record each second". During third loop took few speedups to check how current pace reacts - it took some 5s to react to it - it was better than during second loop. Achieved max pace 3:07/km - quite not bad.

2 loops in VP. Initial plan was 3, but was suffering both loops, so decided not to torture myself with the third. Maybe more rest needed after Vilnius 2011.

O-Tuesday in Naujoji Vilnia. Near 2nd CP caught vosvos by some 4', who was mistaken by wrong control description. Later took almost all course with him. In the middle of the course knew that this part will be tricky, and that happened - 6th CP - 1' - went too left. 7th CP area on the map (which was "updated" in 2011) - bullshit, found unmarked path and more open spaces than marked on map - some 3' mistake, 8th CP - some 30''. Total mistakes: 4'30''.

Strange, today no pain in the legs and feel even stronger than before Friday's race. Will see what will happen tomorrow.
