3 loops in Lazdynai map. Sunny and warm weather, too good for November, so after 18' it was so warm to run with Thermo T-Shirt, so couldn't suffer anymore, stopped and took it off. Quite not easy training, especially it was tough to run to the hills. This time felt only very unsignificant pain in right leg after yesterday's cramp.

Lazdynai Pool. At the end - the cramp again, this time right leg. Maybe should limit swimming sessions to 1 hour.

Home - Žvėrynas - 1 loop in VP - back home. There are two strange places on my route where always loose HR signal for some 15'' - near T. Narbuto public transport stop and at the corner of Sėlių 72 house. Something wrong with electromagnetic fiels I guess.

Yesterday left shin was still painful, only today the pain was quite small (don't remember the last time when cramp consequences were for so long), so took a training. Usual route to VP and back. Perfect weather (no rain, no wind, quite warm) and very good self feeling, so started too fast - first 2,7km achieved with new best time - 13'50'', some 15'' better than previous, so after 20' near Žvėrynas felt that suffering a little bit because of too high heart rate and took few minutes rest for heart to recover. The rest paid the price, later everything went fine.
