Initial plan was to take some 2-3 loops, because doubted about my current form - it was not easy even to motivate myself for the training. In VP everything went perfect - cool weather (+23), no real pain in right knee, just some small stitches, and only some pain in chest and back in third loop - forced a pace a little bit after second (first time felt pain in the back while running). The most important, that the will showed that it is strong. Only the last 2km were tough (legs were very tired, so barely moved), maybe some proper nutrition was already needed (took only 25g of energy Gel after 5th loop, and the 6th loop was even easier than 5th). Burned 2775 kcal during the training.
