I knew, that if not on Saturday morning, then I won't go for a long training third week in a row. Planned to get up at 7am in the morning, but as after tough 5 days work week was already too tired to get up early on Saturday morning, so somehow got up at half past 10. Also knew, that even it wasn't forecasted very hot weather (27 degrees), it will be tough, so tried new training approach - took a car, two 1,5 little bottles of water - one for drinking, one for shower and drove to VP. Took 4 loops in VP, after each loop took few minutes refreshment point, taking drink from the car. Shadows in the park helped me to manage to complete the distance and legs were suprisingly fresh once again. It is very nice for me to run in VP - you don't see far ahead (apart from VP straight), so it is easier mentaly. Burned 1845 kcal during the course.
