Home - Zalgiris stadium. Even was running easy, HR was quite high and felt that bones of the legs are quite weak - so didn't know what to expect during new Year's run.

New Year's run. Started with Lauryna and we tried to run faster than the crowd, but we saw meter after meter how walka is leaving us few hundred meters ahead. After 4,5km we were caught by Algirdas Striuka, so I tried to keep his speed - but after half of km left him and Marius Silinskis while trying to push the pace a little bit. The last hill was quite easy, so finished ahead Algirdas and Marius, while was loosing speed to most of the runners - but there was no power to push to the finish. New HR max record - don't know if it is real, but as was almost dying all the distance - it may be real.

No power for cool down, so walked 2,8km to home by foot.

Found some time & strength and made training in VP. On reminders of wet and slippery snow.

This morning was shocked by sad news - OK Apuokas member Andrius Dienys, VU lecturer, died in car accident, in Tbilisi, Georgia :(
