Yesterday was very lazy and little bit tired to do training after work day, so ran today. Very nice sunny weather, so it would have been a sin not to run. Usual course, dry track. Started easily, in VP started to push, but at the last two kms legs were tired a little but, so started to lose the pace, but succeeded to climb out of 39'. Third or forth best result ever for me.
