Decided to do some kind of tempo training. Home - 1 loop in VP - home, at full throttle (of course saving strength, that could complete full distance), trying to make steps larger than usually. First 1,5km completed in 6'53'' (last best was 7'17''), then 5km in 23'42'', then last 1,5km in 7'12''. Self feeling was perfect, just after 18' once again felt some pain in the chest, so had to slow down for a while, but overall succeeded to fulfill target - climb out of 5 min/km. New best time for me.
