Training Log Archive: Elvis

Orienteering in "Alytaus taure 2007", middle distance. Made only small mistakes but was too tired to climb all that hills during all distance, so very often just walked. Before the last control somehow did somersault and got some kind of leg injury, so had to finish the course slowly walking.

As had to skip O-Thursday in Veliucionys, decided to take a run in Vingio park after work. Felt very good on the course, just legs hurted a little bit after 2km, and heart started to beat too fast after 4km, so had to walk for half a minute, to slow it down.

O-Tuesday in Aukstagiris. Started the last one, with the lamp, so it slowed me down. At 7th CP turned light on, as it was a little bit dark in the forest. From 9th CP started to use the lamp constantly, as it was already completely dark. Running out of 10th CP met Vilius, but didn't knew that he already took my 11th CP :( So spent about 10-15 minutes while searching it, but as it was already taken, decided to go back to the finish. So I was disqualified :)
