2 loops in Lazdynai map. Legs quite tired at the beginning, but after some 3' it was fine. Quite warm weather, but it was still moderate for running.

5 loops in VP and a little bit more. Perfect weather for running - +18C, cool, no rain, some sun at the beginning. Somehow it wasn't easy mentally today, but succeeded. Took proper nutrition after each loop (Maxim electrolytes, banana, Diasporal). In the middle of 4th loop started feel painful thighs (1st time ever like that for me), shins were more or less ok today. It was good that for the last kilometers still could keep decent pace. Burned 1905 kcal.

3 loops in VP. Hot even in the shadows (+28C), so it was not easy mentally to force myself for a training. Legs ok today, just it was not easy to run because of hot weather. Only on third loop it was a little bit cooler. Next time during hot weather should start some 1 hour later or early in the morning. Hope it will really rain on Saturday.

5 loops in VP. Once again was lucky with weather: air temperature +23C was still convenient for running (can't think at all for training at some +30C). Took Maxim electrolytes after each loop and one tablet of Diasporal with one banana after 3rd loop. In the middle of first loop felt stiches in the right feet, suffered a bit for some 1 loop and later was lucky that it was gone. Maybe because of that for the first two loops didn't feel fresh. Left shin once again started to remind of it in the third loop, but somehow coped with it for the whole remaining distance. After training both shins were quite tired once again (muscles were moving involuntarily inside). Burned 1794 kcal.

Warm up before the race. First impression - legs tired after Monday.

Race "around Green Lakes". Started carefully - was telling myself not to push, until took some steady pace. Almost after 6km was caught by walka and kysulis - kept their pace for some 2km, but didn't want to suffer, so lost them while drinking in refreshment point. Quite steady race, wasn't dying.

Won't do a training during weekend, so ran another loop to count today's runnings as long training. Took it very easily. Left shin once again was quite tired after the running, almost in pre-cramp stage and this worries me.
