3 loops in VP. Less icy tracks = better running conditions = better split times. 1st 5km loop done in 24'35''. Very good mental rest after tough work day.

4 loops in VP. Still a lot of ice on the tracks, but it was very nice and sunny day (some +1C). After 1st loop met GiedrÄ— V., during second noticed Rolandas Kazlas. Quite weak and slow at the last loop - some nutrition should have been a very good help.

VP. Again something went wrong (maybe started too fast), as at the beginning of first loop caught stiches in left flank, so after half of the 1st loop stopped for recover. Rested for some 6', but the pain didn't disappear completely. Thought to withdraw after 1st loop, but somehow at the end of it felt better and completed another two as planned.

In the morning felt weak, thought about skiping the training, but after morning exercises felt stronger, so went for a training. 3 loops in VP, still much ice and snow on the tracks.

3 loops in VP. Quite slowly on slippery icy tracks. Mentally it wasn't easy to go for a training, so happy that completed all the distance.

After biathlon women relay drove to Senasalis for Snowflake event. Initial plan was 15km, but as from begining there was no joy because ski poles sank into 40-50cm deep wet snow and there was no proper take-off, took shortest loop.

1 loop in VP. From begining felt stitches in left flank (should stop drinking coffee at work I guess), so after 15' even stopped for some 3' minutes rest. After that it was almost ok, but motivation was lost and didn't want to torture myself for another 2 loops. Maybe next time.

Exchanged biathlon men pursuit for a training, because knew, that won't go for a training after dinner. Last time ran some 3 weeks ago, so thought that it will be difficult, but it wasn't - it seems that skiing was effective type of training. 3 loops in VP as usually. Nice sunny and a little bit windy weather, with some -1C in a shadow.

Felt a little bit weak second day in a row, but today decided to go for a skiing. As didn't feel strong on skiis too, took only 1 loop in VP. I guess it was the last skiing session in VP this season - skiing conditions were quite good, but after session skis were damaged a bit.
