Finally back on track. Home - Žvėrynas - 1 loop in VP - home. A lot of snow, some pavements haven't been cleaned at all this winter, so I don't know if this can be called running. Should think about some gym.

Snowflake mass skiing event in Verkiai. Skiis gliding not good, but still convenient. Suprisingly wasn't very tired at the end.

Today finally felt stronger, and even left leg was still painful because of Thursday's cramp and was a little bit lazy, somehow motived myself for a training and took usual route to VP. As it was quite cold outside (-12), decided to test Finalgon cream on my face, to protect it from cold. It wasn't best idea, as the face started to burn immediately. Cold on the field cooled down the face for some 10' minutes, until warmed up. Then it was interesting to suffer a little bit not from running but from the feeling, that the face is burning. It wasn't easy to run, as it was snowing and barely could see anything in front. After 55' took quick stop, cooled down the face with snow and until the end of the training finally felt fine. After training the face burned again, but the burn luckily disappeared after hot shower.

Lazdynai pool. Still a little bit weak, but it was very good recovery. Sauna in between swimming sessions. Cramp for left leg once again - this time while trying to climb out of basin, at the end.

On Monday and Tuesday felt some cold symptoms, today didn't, but felt myself quite weak. Also it was quite cold day (-13 at least), so decided to take rest day.

Snowflake mass skiing event in Aukštagiris. Took quite decent pace - main 12km loop completed in less than 6km/min. Hit another 100000 kcal milestone.

Home - Žvėrynas - 1 loop in VP - home. Quite not easy to run on ice rink, small pain in right knee from the beginning. Tried to keep the pace because needed to come back home before first biathlon race of the day - men pursuit.

Usual route to VP and back. Quite not easy to run over the snow - felt very small pain in right knee after first third of the distance and only in VP there was almost clean path. Quite good weather conditions for running - only -4 and no wind.

Felt a little tired and lazy in the morning, so tested power of my will. Still everything fine - took 1 loop in Lazdynai map (short in time, because of Biathlon sprint today), tested clothing and checked snow level before tomorrow's Snowflake's event, under -12 temperature. In the beginning it was quite cold, but after some 6' felt warmer. Met A.Jucevicius in the forest with the skiis. Saw also some orienteerer's car, and green tomorrow's course signs in the forest, so maybe the courses are made already today. Quite high HR for such a slow pace.
