1st leg of Orienteering Tuesdays, in VP. That was tough - completely no form, suffered all the distance. About 1' of garbage mistakes. I doubt my possibilities to run Kaunas Relay - I won't make it.

VP. Felt only "ok" and was suffering for the first 15', as feet were very painful, so took only 1 loop.

Home - 3 loops in VP - home. Suspiciously felt very well, weather was amazing (sunny with blue sky, a little below 0), so tried to be at fresh air as long as possible. At the end of 3rd loop began to feel tiredness in legs, so turned home. As ran over almost flat snow, still suffered small pain in left knee.

Forward and back on VP straight. Quite tired after work and some pain in the chest, so couldn't make more. Left knee still a little bit painful even on a flat surface.
