VP. Not much power (more than yesterday), but decided to run. Tired legs and feet (maybe because of ice on the track), but finished.

VP, easily. Second half of the distance - with Dzūkas (coincidence). It is easier to run with company.

Before training I thought it would be disaster, as didn't feel completely well, but it went perfectly. In VP met Diana, after her training with bunch of orienteerers, so ran few hundred meters with her.

Another kms collection session in VP. But even ran quite slowly, after 17' felt pain in the chest, which was a little bit annoying and continued to pursuit me until end of training.

As still there is absolutely no motivation for cross country skiing, took easy running session in VP.

After this training session achieved yet another milestone: 100000 kcal in almost one year. As for me, very nice result.

Needed to cool down the head after hard work day. VP. Started at full throttle for cooling to be the most effective (new best time for first 920m - 3'59'' = 4'20''/km) and after 12' my body told me: fuck off. Don't remember how finished.

Annual run "In the way of life and death". Started too fast (after first km was still running with some strong orienteerers), so after 10 minutes payed the price and started suffering. A lot of runners started overtake me, and after 20 minutes near Zverynas had an idea to withdraw, but with all mental power somehow succeeded continue and finished easily.

Once again remembered the rule of reasonable pacing (during New Year's run used it very successfully), maybe next time will run better.

Imitating cross country skiing near KS. No joy on skiing :( Just was happy to see that real winter after two years.

VP. Including 11' walking - started too fast, later had to pay with pain in the flank, back and lost motivation to run.
