Home - 1 loop in VP - home. First half of the distance at almost full throttle, later a little bit slower, and it worked like desired hard-reset for my brain. Sometimes was running through a crowd, which was heading to Andrea Bocelli performance in VP.

Home - VP - home. Somehow from the beginning there was no power in me nor in my legs, so ran slower than my average pace in VP. After 16' was shocked when noticed that was running at 141-147 HR - kept such low rate for several minutes.

Home - 1 loop in VP - home (with few compulsory stops). Ran late in the evening, when it wasn't hot. Legs were not fresh, but my "training level" lets me don't care about that anymore.

Home - Sauletekis - Tapeliu lake - Sauletekis - Cathedral - Home. Took very short dip in Tapeliu lake - no joy for swimming anymore, must be bad effect of senility.
AVG 21.29 km/h, MAX 47.22 km/h.
Tomorrow if nothing bad happens will try to test how this training will affect my running (have had very bad experience before).

Slow run test, using vosvos advice. Home - 1 loop in VP - home. First 2'40'' HR was 140-144, but then it climbed over 150. And it was not easier than during last training...
Um, the calculated pace is not very slow, strange...

Needed to cool head after hard day so took some training. Home - 1 loop in VP - home. Faster than average pace, but it was quite easy, just at the beginning felt that legs aren't fresh.

Home - 4 loops in VP - home. Initial plan was to run 2 loops, but weather was quite cool and felt very good, so increased training distance. Burned 1778 kcal during training. Another distance record, now will be hard to beat. Now I am mentally ready for half-marathon.

Decided to do some kind of tempo training. Home - 1 loop in VP - home, at full throttle (of course saving strength, that could complete full distance), trying to make steps larger than usually. First 1,5km completed in 6'53'' (last best was 7'17''), then 5km in 23'42'', then last 1,5km in 7'12''. Self feeling was perfect, just after 18' once again felt some pain in the chest, so had to slow down for a while, but overall succeeded to fulfill target - climb out of 5 min/km. New best time for me.

Home - 1 loop in VP - home. This time tried Wednesday's loop. Quite uneasy, maybe because of warm weather.

Initial plan was to run one loop in VP, but after 70% of that loop met Renvaldas near VP arena and he offered to join him,
vosvos and Kyska. So after 25' running made 15' rest brake, and joined Diana, Vidutė, vosvos, Renvaldas and Kyska's gang for running. First loop with them was very easy (after rest), but later somebody started to force the pace and it wasn't easy anymore. After 11km it was already tough for me, so after two complete loops in VP made another half and somehow reached home. It was longest distance ever that I've been running.
Burned 1146 kcal during training, don't want to have supper anymore. Now will see how fast I will recover...

4 hours cycling trip with few stops (Zvėrynas - Verkiai - Zalieji ezerai and back), with 4 girls, all of them OK Ązuolas members (after today we have one new member ;-)). That was tough and amazing (the new bicycle track near Neris, between Silas bridge and Verkių street, is incredible). The part that you can envy me - swimming with all girls in Gulbinas lake :-)

Avg 18,6 km/h, max 48,48 km/h.

Woke up with strange mood, so decided to kick it out with training. Home - 2 loops in VP - home. Very good self-feeling and it was quite easy to run, maybe because of cool weather and empty stomach, could run even more, but decided not to test body capabilities. Burned 967 kcal during training.

Another "I must" training. Home - 1 loop in VP - home. No motivation for the second loop, also right shin's muscles were very tense, some kind of "pre-cramp" feeling.

Somehow found motivation to run today. Home - 1 loop in VP - home. At the beginning felt that haven't recovered completely from football yet, so haven't tried to force the pace and ran at average pace. The initial plan was to run two loops, but at the end of the first one it was already boring for me to run (what a good excuse, right?), so settled with one.
