Ran in Parc de la Tete d'Or. As after few kms felt pain in chest, decided to make short training and not kill myself, also had to rest three times because of that pain.

Hammersmith - one loop in Holland Park - Hyde park (including one very small loop around princess Diana's memorial fountain) - Hammersmith. Several kms until end had to take 1' rest, because cought complete "pump". Not sure about the real distance, but measuring from the eye in Google maps it counts as 18km, at least for running time it has to be a record in distance (updated to 14km, because it can't be that I've been running in 4:38/km).

O-Tuesday in Aukstagiris. My "home" forest, but as was tired mentally before the race and at the beginning felt that legs haven't recovered completely, made an easy training. Still succeeded to make 4' of mistakes. My route.

Ran in Kaunas championships, long distance, men B course. Made about 5 mistakes, 6'30'' total, but two of them very stupid (to 2nd and 22nd controls). Overall orienteering and running shape very good, just running to the last 5 or 6 CP's had to keep slower pace, because felt, that with average pace my legs would be caught by cramp. Burned 1627 KCAL in the field - not bad.
By the way, Egidijus Buozys started 3' after me and caught me only running to 12th CP. That's a result I'm proud of :) (He made huge mistake to 2nd CP also...)

3rd stage of O-Thursdays mass orienteering competition in Kalvarijos. It was quite tough to climb that steep hills, but it was easier to do climbing than last year. Made about 5'30'' of mistakes. My run.

Started too fast and after 7CP was tired. Fool. My run.
When running to the finish doubted about possibilities to run in Kaunas championships. Will decide at the last minute.

Can someone tell Siudikas, that he should switch to higher course ?

Home - Baltasis bridge - Home. Was not difficult. HRM lost signal couple of times, so measurement is not accurate, I think average and max values had to be higher.

Note

Succeeded to wash HRM belt with clothing in washing-machine. Lucky me, it still works :)

2nd stage of Vilniaus ketvirtadieniai mass orienteering event, in Bukciai. Ran almost perfect race, 40'' of mistakes and 20'' for tieing up shoes twice (should ask LL how to do that properly again, I guess). To the last CP ran at full throttle and once again beated the MHR record, next step - 200. (Can't understand how elite sportsmen are running faster at slower heart rates.)
Overall: it was not difficult to run, so I hope my results will improve step by step. Also:
a) two days of rest was enough, so that is very good
b) second try of new shoes was more successful than before - few more times and it will fit on my feet.

First stage of OS Antradieniai mass orienteering competition in VP. Broke MHR record once again, when climbing steep hill from 4th CP. 3' of mistakes, could be better. My run.

Picked up south part of OS Antradieniai CPs in VP.
