Plans for a long bike we scuppered by Anwen's brake seizing up and my failed attempts to fix it (I made it worse). We tried to get a new one with no luck so changed our plans. I ran past a bike shop I didn't know about and it happened that they had one so the plan was back on..

The calf/shin seems to be MTSS, and I rang Sarah on the weekend for some advice. Tonight I taped the leg and started running but didn't feel good so called it a day and sat on the bike instead.
