Right foot a bit sore through the last week and not easing off. Somewhere sort of between and underneath the 4th/5th toes, more towards the little toe. Worse in work shoes which squeeze my foot a bit more.Tried icing and heat over the weekend but didn't seem to make much of a difference. Wondering whether it is to do with shoes which are too narrow and squeeze the foot together.
