Time to get back to some consistency but nice to have a bit of a break post WOC. The first few weeks after WOC I only put on ~1kg despite eating whatever I wanted. The week in Australia with its morning and afternoon tea and cake breaks and too much beer has added another 3kg. No doughnuts for breakfast for a few weeks - It doesn't matter what I weigh at the moment but I'd rather not have 5kg to lose when it comes to XC season.
