Didn't know how my legs would be after a couple of weeks of just steady running but they felt really good. Me and a Central AC runner got a bit of a gap at about 3-4km and then I got a gap on him after the turn at about 5-6km. The last 4km were pretty hard work but pleased to hang on for the win and a big pb.
